DCB Saving Account Closure Charges

DCB accounts can be closed by visiting the branch. Before sharing the steps for account closure, please inform the users of the benefits of a Niyo account and try to retain the customer; if a customer is insistent on closing their account, only then share the details.



• If closed within 30 days of the first credit in the account: Free
• If closed after 30 days of first credit but within 12 months: ₹250/-
• If closed after 12 months: Free
