Credit Card Statement (& Response) *

• Users will now be able to download their SCC statement from the application itself. 
• The user must be able to download all the generated billing statements for the past twelve months.
• On the transactions page of the credit card, a user should get an option to either download or send the account statement to their registered email.
• The account statement is password-protected. The format of the password will contain 8 characters, with the first 4 characters having the first 4 characters of the customer’s first name and the last 4 characters containing the DOB of the customer in the DDMM format. e.g. if the name of the customer is Arindam Chawla and his DOB is 16/06/96 then the password will be ARIN1606

 RESPONSE:

The credit card statement will be emailed to you (on your registered email ID) by the bank on the 1st of every month. There is a chance your statement could land in the spam or junk folder of your email account. However, you can search for the email with the subject "Our Niyo SBM Credit Card monthly e-statement is here!" or the sender email: notification@sbmbank.co.in.

You can also download your credit card statement from the Niyo application, please follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Hub option.
2. Navigate to the "Credit card" section.
3. Click on the "Card Statement" option.
4. Generate credit card statements as needed.
