- The customers will be required to enter all the details from the scratch. We will not be pre-filling any specifics.
- The customers will be required to enter basic details such as "where they are traveling to"; "start-end dates of travel"; and "the total number of travelers".
- The best plan is shown to the user based on the above inputs. On top of this, a user can also opt to enhance the coverage.
- Upon successful selection of the plan, the user will be required to enter all the traveler details (like DOB, passport number, passport expiry, first name, last name).
- The user will be required to fill the nominee details against every traveler.
- Once the traveler details are filled along with the nominees, the list of all travelers along with the nominees are shown before proceeding to adding the address details on the next screen.
- One final screen is displayed to the user to review the policy details before making the payment. Once the user makes the payment, the policy is immediately issued to the user.
- Customers can view all the policies within the app in the Travel Insurance section which can be accessed through Travel Mode or through a shortcut in the hub. Important Notes:
- In case of failed payment, refund TAT will be 6-8 days
