We now have a Forex cash feature on the Niyo application in partnership with extravelmoney.com. Users will be able to place a request for forex cash, which they can pick up from nearby stores or have delivered to their home at select locations.

The user will have to follow the below steps to receive forex cash:
- Enter the amount they need
- Select the city they are in
- Compare Rates offered by RBI-authorised money changers in your city
- Please note, in case it is a door delivery, a fee will be charged
- Make Payment
- Submit the KYC documents & directly make payments to the money changer
- Collect the currency from the store or request door delivery or pickup (Please note, in case it is a door delivery, a fee will be charged.)
- Note: Maximum forex cash users can receive is equivalent of Rs. 200,000
