Points to remember about the test transactions feature:
- SBM test transaction feature supports only SBM Debit Card (starts with 454616)
- DCB test transaction feature supports only DCB Debit cards (Starts with 43467200)
- Customers can try this feature for any country (listed in the app).
- Only 1 $ (Dollar), 1 € (Euro) or 1 ¥ (Yen), etc., an amount equal to INR will be debited from the customer's account during this process.
Test transaction failure scenarios:
- It's a very rare scenario that can only happen if the card details are entered incorrectly.
- If the customer is trying an SBM card under the DCB test transaction feature or vice-versa
- If the customer tries non Niyo cards.

Refund timelines for test transactions:
It takes around three days for a refund but be rest assured it does get processed on time. it will show up directly in Bank Account Transactions and Statement
