Reversal of Forex Markup charges as Niyo coins

Effective 02-Dec-24, the Forex markup charges, which were included in the exchange rate, will now be shown as a separate component, & the same will be reversed in Niyo coins once the swift copy is generated.

Please note that the coins are valid for 90 days. They can be used to book flights and visas.

RESPONSE TO BE SHARED WITH USERS

We are pleased to inform you that the Forex markup fees charged for sending the money abroad will now be refunded to you as Niyo Coins. You can use these Niyo Coins to book flights or apply for visas.
