How do I track/view my transactions (refund TAT)?

You can track all your transactions by logging into the Niyo Global by SBM app and selecting the transactions tab from the dashboard. You would also get real-time transaction notifications as and when you make a transaction. 


You will also be able to see your transactions to a specific payee by clicking on Save > Send Money > 'Manage Payee'. 

 Note: The refund transactions are usually processed within 5 business days for domestic transactions and 15 business days for international transactions. We'd request you to kindly wait for the auto refund.



INTERNAL NOTE: If the TAT has been exceeded, then create a ticket for a refund after getting refund confirmation from the merchant side.
