How can I lock/unlock my card?

You can lock/unlock your card in just a few simple steps:

  1. Log in to your Niyo Global by SBM app
  2. Click on Card Settings under the Travel Essentials section in the home screen
  3. Click on Other locks
  4. Click on the channel you want to lock/unlock. You will have to enter the app PIN code to authenticate the changes. 5.If you are locking the card the icon will turn red and if you are unlocking the card your icon will turn green
