Card Locked: Unusual Activity Error (Uh-oh, something's fishy)

If any customer gets the below-mentioned error (we have detected some unusual activity on your Global Credit Card) in the manage card page of SCC and they reach out to chat support. Please create a ticket (if one does not exist) and move the ticket to the SBM Compliance 


Note: The compliance team has initiated this block, and each case needs to be reviewed by them before any action is taken. We can inform the customer accordingly.

We are sorry for the hassle you are facing. Our backend team has locked your card due to some unusual activity on your account. Rest assured, we have highlighted this to the concerned team, they will review this issue and provide you an update within the next 24 hours.
