 1. Canned response for informing customers that the card is blocked by the bank.

We would like to inform you that the bank has identified potential risks linked to your secured credit card. As a precaution, your card has been temporarily blocked by the bank to protect against fraudulent activity. For added security, the bank strongly advises that you block your current secured credit card and request a replacement. We request that you please drop an email from your registered email address to global@goniyo.com with the subject line Request for unblocking the Niyo SBM credit card or you can also reach the SBM bank at customercare@sbmbank.co.in or call 1800 103 3817 for further assistance.

2. Canned response for coin reversal (to be given to customers who escalate to RBI or niyo stakeholders only)

"We understand your situation, and as a gesture of support, we are offering you 1,000 Niyo Coins, valid for 3 months, which can be used to book flights and obtain visas." Please note the coin reversal will be a manual process at the moment. Please ensure you educate the team accordingly.
