Update on bill payment & FD closure

Kindly take note of the following update:

A. Bill Payment related

Bill payment issues
Bill payment not reflecting
Interest & Penalties

These tickets have to be assigned to the " SCC Bill Payment & Interest" group effective 11 December 2024

B. SCC FD closure

These tickets have to be assigned to the "SCC FD CLOSURE" group

Please note -

All cases related to transactions declined and money not debited should now be assigned to the "CX supervise group" instead of the "M2P group." For example, transaction declined, no decline entry on WB & M2P, transaction details/status, invalid transactions, missing transactions, etc.
