More ways to login || Update from Tech

You may have noticed that users who are abroad are reaching out to us, reporting that they do not have access to their registered phone numbers and they do not remember their passcodes.

When we suggest that they use "More Ways to Login," the users cannot find that option.

We can start following the process recommended below:

To guide users who do not have access to their registered phone number and need to log in to the app.
Users who are ABROAD
Uninstall the existing app
Install the app in app store.
After entering mobile number in the otp screen tap on More ways to login
Verify with email and PAN
Tap on forgot passcode - verify with the passport details
User can set the passcode.
