You may have noticed that users who are abroad are reaching out to us, reporting that they do not have access to their registered phone numbers and they do not remember their passcodes.
When we suggest that they use "More Ways to Login," the users cannot find that option.
We can start following the process recommended below:

- After entering mobile number in the otp screen tap on More ways to login
- Verify with email and PAN
