If you are encountering app login issues abroad due to the 'limit exceeded' error without access to mobile OTP, follow these steps to log in if you are abroad (outside India): 

  • 1. Please uninstall and then reinstall the app.
  • 2. After reinstallation, Please enter their mobile number, triggering an OTP. They will see an option for "More ways to log in".
  • 3. Please choose "App Login Resolution Guide:
  • 4. Prompt them to enter their Pan card details, followed by their passcode
  • 5. If you have forgotten their passcode, guide them to click on "Forgot Passcode" after entering their PAN details.
  • 6. You will be directed to the passport page for verification and can then click on "Reset Passcode."
  • 7. Request you to enter a new passcode and attempt to log in. This should resolve the issue
