The money that was debited from the customer account is secure in the SBM Bank GL account. These customers will receive an email asking them to give their NEFT information in order to transfer payments. Customers should reply to the email with the necessary information. The bank will send an email to the customers by today EOD, but if the customer is not willing to wait for the same, you may ask for a cancel check from the customer from his/her registered email ID and create a ticket. Harshita & team will take it forward with the bank.

RESPONSE: We thank you for your patience. Please rest assured that your funds are absolutely safe. This is as per the RBI circular restricting services in J&K & some northeastern states. SBM bank has sent multiple emails to your registered email address indicating that your account will be closed as your address falls in these restricted zones. The bank will also send an email asking to share your NEFT details to transfer the balance you had in your account. Please reply to the same email with the necessary information so that the bank can initiate the transfer. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the hassle. Thank you for your understanding!
