OPTION 1 :
By completing the VKYC, the customer can get their accounts activated.
OPTION 2 :
If a user is unable to transfer funds from an SBM account or receives money from any other account and gets an error message: Account Blocked or Frozen ( activity log: Account Inactive/ Dorment), then they need to send an email from their registered email address to global@goniyo.com requesting us to reactivate the account by sharing any of the below-mentioned documents and mentioning the reason for inactivity.
1 Voter ID/ Driving license (anyone)
2 PAN (all self-attested)
OPTION 3: VKYC
If the customers are abroad or unable to complete their VKYC( such as original PAN not available, device issue, etc), the customer can reach out to the SBM bank for further assistance.

- Account Inactive: If the user has not used the account for 12 months
- Dormant Account: If the user has not used the account for 24 months,
For the reactivation of both cases, the process remains the same.
