SBM: Unable to receive OTP for ECOM txn

If any customer is unable to receive an OTP for an ECOM transaction, we can follow the below steps. 


 RESPONSE:

We are sorry to know that you are facing an issue receiving the OTP for your transaction. We request you check your spam folder and inbox for an email from info@sbmbank.co.in for the OTP. In case the issue persists, we request that you log in to SBM's Internet banking so that the bank servers can capture your contact details. You should be able to receive an OTP within 3 to 4 hours of logging in to SBM Net Banking. Please retry the ECOM transaction, and the OTP will be sent to your registered phone number and email ID.


 INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Ask the user to check his Inbox (all folders) 
  2. Check with the customer if they have logged into SBM Internet Baking.
  3. Ask the customer to log in to the SBM internet banking and then wait for 3-4 hours.
  4. L1 to raise a ticket to L2 bank group.
