An OTP is required when a card is delivered. The below are the issues a user may face in OTP during card delivery
- OTP not received; customer is available at communication address.

We regret the inconvenience caused. We request you to kindly restart your mobile phone and check your network connection. If you are still unable to receive the OTP, then you can collect the card by providing any of your government-authorized ID proof.
OTP not received; customer is abroad.
We regret the inconvenience caused. We request you to activate your international roaming in order to receive an OTP from the delivery partner. Any of your friends or family members can collect it on behalf of you only when they provide the delivery agent with the OTP for security reasons.

STEP 1: Share the troubleshooting steps (Restart the phone, check network connection, etc.)
STEP 2: If the customer still has not received the OTP, they can collect the card by providing any government-authorized identification.

STEP 1: Share troubleshooting methods and ask the customer to activate international roaming so that he can receive an OTP.
STEP 2: If the customer is not available, an OTP is mandatory for the card to be delivered. We will not be able to deliver the card if his friends/family do not have access to the OTP (even if they provide the user's ID proof).
Note : If, after activating the international roaming while the customer is abroad and still is not able to receive the OTP, you can raise a ticket with the card delivery team and mention the below information.
