When a user reached out to us regarding an incomplete address or an address change request after the card request has been placed. Please follow the below instructions:

Minor changes (card dispatched):
Thank you for reaching out to us. Please confirm your correct, complete address, so that we can have this escalated with the relevant team and have your card delivered as soon as possible.
Major Changes:
Thank you for reaching out to us. We regret to inform you that we will not be able to make a complete address change for card delivery. Since your card has already been dispatched and is about to be delivered. If you still need to make complete address changes, we request you to update your communication address, which can take up to 7-10 working days, post which, we can deliver the card to your new address.
In case you do not want to wait for 7-10 working days for the updation of the communication address, you can also block & re-order the card at a charge of Rs. 249+GST. On the reorder screen, you will be able to add/edit your delivery address accordingly.
INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1: Check if the card is shipped or not. As per the process, the card needs to be shipped in order to update the address.
STEP 2: Confirm if the change is a minor address change. E.g., flat number, lane number, area name. An address change can only be possible if there is no change in the pin code. Major changes e.g. change in city, state, or different locality/pincode.
STEP 3: In case there are any major changes, ask customer to wait until the card is RTO's and the customer will have to go through the communication address change process and we will re-dispatch the card.
STEP 4: For minor changes, please raise a ticket with the card delivery team and add the following details as private notes:
- AWB number
- Updated address
