Process Update - Onboarding Data Deprecation

Please take note on the below process & ensure the same is followed for all data deprecation cases. 


Account Status1st time onboarding on the hub     Action to be taken    Compliance Approval    Service team
No account    >=6 months    PI data to be updated as per the current process    No    Should be approved by Shalini or Pradeep
No account    <6 months        Customer to be contacted for additional information - reason for changing PI data within 6 months, supporting evidence (mobile no change - latest bill/receipt, email id change - OTP authentication on registered mobile number)    YesProceed with Compliance Approval
Existing account via branch    any    Customer to update the same contact number as given at the branch. If the customer wants to update a different mobile number, the same has to be updated in bank records first and verified.    No    Should be approved by Shalini or Pradeep
Existing account with other bank (except Equitas)    any    PI data to be updated at existing bank and then on the app    No    Should be approved by Shalini or Pradeep
