Mobile Number Change - Proof of Ownership To validate that the new mobile number belongs to the user, please follow the steps below to obtain a receipt from your network provider. The receipt should display the new number registered in your name, as per your Niyo Global account.
VI (VODAFONE IDEA)
1. Open the Menu in the VI app
2. Select Receipt View
3. Download or Save the receipt to files
4. Share the receipt as proof
MY JIO APP
1. Click on the Profile Icon (top right corner)
2. Select View More under the Explore Jio section
3. Navigate to Statement.
4. Download the statement as proof of mobile number registration.
BSNL SELF-CARE APP
1. Go to the Bills & Payments section in BSNL Selfcare.
2. Select Payment History.
3. Click the Download button to obtain a duplicate payment receipt.
4. Share the receipt for verification.
AIRTEL
1. Click on the top left corner to Manage Accounts
2. Navigate to the Prepaid/postpaid tab → click Recharge Receipt
3. Go to Transaction History → Recharge → Download Receipt.
Note: You will only be able to download the receipt if you have recharged using the Airtel app. If not, please recharge a minimum of ₹10 to unlock the download receipt option.
