            SBM international ATM withdrawal fee reversal for declined/failed transactions

            Please note that customers will get the ATM withdrawal fee refunded for the international transactions even if they are charged for the failed ATM transactions, where the amount will get debited & not dispensed from the machine. 


            This is applicable for both SBM debit card & SCC. 


            Kindly note, that there is no change in the existing process followed.
