Your video KYC link will be refreshed by the bank, and you can reattempt the VKYC in 3 days. Please ensure to have your PAN card with clear details and answer the questions asked during the call correctly. The video KYC official of the bank will guide you through the process.


Internal Note:  In case the VKYC gets rejected due to fraud/compliance checks, etc., the user will not get the retry option. However, if it is rejected for reasons like a PAN photo mismatch, a name mismatch between PAN and the app, etc., the user will get a retry option on the app itself.


Further, if they do not have a physical PAN card, users can resume onboarding by opting for a biometric check and reaching out to the biometric agent at specified bank branches. We can also suggest biometrics.
