In case users Video KYC gets rejected, or if they do not have a physical PAN Card, users can resume onboarding by opting for a Biometric check and reaching out to the Biometric agent at specified bank branches.

In case a customer has already visited a branch and completed KYC, ask them to click on "Visit the Branch to complete the KYC instead" and user will receive the option to enter reference number. After entering the reference number it will take 48 working hours for their account to be created. (See Screenshot Below).
