International trxns sometimes settle in 8-10 business days from the transaction date. In such cases user may see charges (debit or credit) on their account of an old trxn. Some examples are:

FX Adjustments (FXADJ): Could be a debit or credit. On the date of settlement if the exchange rate increases or decreases, users will get a debit or credit. (Merchants settle trxns upto 8 days)

If there isn’t a recent trxn drop an email to M2P to share the original trxn for the FX adjustment. In most cases the original transaction date will be mentioned in the description on WB, if it isnt, please create a ticket for L2.

  • Refund: REF is always credited. Always drop an email to M2P.

  • Surcharge (SUR): It's always a debit. Drop an email to M2P.

  • Credit Debit Reversal (CDR): Drop an email to M2P.

  • Proactive Credit (PRC): Drop an email to M2P.

  • CPDR
