Please include the below details for each transaction you have faced an issue with: a. Account no. (Cr) b. Date of transaction initiation c. Amount d. Currency type e. Purpose f. Swift copy Kindly note that receiving money from international sources will draw a charge of Rs. 300+GST as bank processing fee. The conversion rate is to be checked by the sending bank (the sending bank may also add a holding fee).
After the day of transfer, it can take up to 14 business days for the amount to be processed into your Niyo account. Once we receive this, we will escalate your concern immediately and keep you posted on every update over email.
