*In case there is a mismatch, asked the user to share the error screen over email through their registered email ID* If the customer forgot the internet banking password, no worries, we're here to help. Enter your customer ID on the SBM internet banking login page (https://www.sbmbank.co.in) and click on the forgot password link. You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number, which you can enter to reset the password. You can find your customer ID in the confirmation email received when you opened the account.
