SCC Canned Responses - Images

It is mandatory to use the canned responses that have been added to Freshchat. Please find the steps added below. In case the canned response images are not utilized, it will be considered FATAL in the quality audits.



STEPS:

  1. Click on Canned response icon "image.png"
  2. Search for SCC Responses (19) image.png

  3. Based on the scenario, search for the response.

  3. /txn-decline-channel-locked: Transaction Declined - Channel Lock

  5. /txn-decline-pin-not-set: Transaction Declined - Setting the PIN
  6. /set-limits: Set Card Limits
  7. /report-fraud: Report Fraud
  8. /txn-decline-pin-attempt-exceeded: PIN attempts exceeded
  9. /reset-pin: Resetting the PIN
  10. /reason-for-closure: Account Closure
  11. /activate-card: Activate Card
  12. /atm-charges: ATM Withdrawal Charges
  13. /card-limits: Card Limits
  14. /txn-decline-dcc-not-allowed: Transaction Declined - DCC not allowed
  15. /increase-limit: Increase limit
  16. /txn-decline-invalid-pin: Transaction Declined - Invalid PIN
  17. /txn-decline-pin-attempt-exceeded: Transaction Declined - PIN attempts exceeded
