SBM users who were unable to complete the VKYC process (new to the bank) or were stuck in the re-KYC process can now opt for doorstep biometric KYC.
An auto-generated email is triggered to their registered email ID, prompting them to book a home KYC appointment, during which an agent will visit their location to complete the account creation.
Below is a sample of the auto-generated email sent to the user.
