Rekyc Options and links for SBM account holders

SBM customers who need to complete Re-KYC can choose from the following options:


Option 1:

Check for a Re-KYC notification banner on the Niyo app. If available, follow the steps to complete the process.


Option 2:

If the banner is not visible or there are issues accessing it, they can use the Re-KYC deep link on their phone:

https://www.goniyo.com/oa/sbm/savings/re-vkyc


Option 3:
If a customer is facing issues with the app or mobile deep link, they can complete Re-KYC on a laptop or desktop using SBM Bank’s direct link:
https://www.sbmbank.co.in/vkyc.php


Option 4:
Visit the nearest SBM Bank branch to complete Re-KYC in person.
