Unable to reset card limits, card lock & unlock, or channel lock & unlock via biometric authentication or face recognition

The fix for this issue was released on Version 2.63.1, if you receive any new cases, please inform cx to update to the latest App version and retry.


In case the users still face issues resetting biometrics or face recognition post updating the app. Please raise a ticket L2 (tech)
