My call got disconnected. What should I do?

Please reattempt Video KYC if you were disconnected in the middle of the video call. 

You can go to the VKYC screen and click on the continue button to re-enter the video call. 

You might have to share your Aadhaar details again on the Video KYC portal in case the session has expired.
