SBM - Name and DOB update

Users will now have an option to update their name and date of birth for the banking record via SMT KYC flow.


  • Login to Niyo using your credentials.
  • Go to the Hub section.
  • Navigate to the Support section.
  • Tap on SBM Re-KYC to proceed.

 

When the journey is initiated, customer needs to verify PAN and Aadhaar to proceed


1. PAN name: User can edit the pre-filled PAN name (This should be as per your PAN or NSDL record)
2. PAN number non-editable
 3. PAN date of birth: User can edit the pre-filled PAN DOB (This should be as per your PAN card)

 

Please note that there is a TAT of 2 working days for the name/Dob to get updated in the bank records. The user will get notified via email.

 

(This will only get updated with the SBM bank record and not in Niyo record.)
