SBM Card Delivery process - Faster card delivery

Faster card delivery requests can only be actioned if the delivery partner is Delhivery and if the card has already been dispatched.  RESPONSE: Please check workbench for the delivery partner and the delivery status before accepting the faster card delivery request.


If the status is not shipped:

We would like to inform you that the faster card delivery request can only be taken once your card has been shipped. Kindly reach out to us once your card has been shipped. We would also request you to share the reason for the faster card delivery and we will escalate it with the relevant team.


If the status is shipped:

Kindly share the reason for the faster card delivery and we will escalate it with the relevant team. Once your request has been processed, the concerned team will get back to you via email and share an update with you.


INSTRUCTIONS: 

STEP 1: Card delivery status should be "Shipped" (check-in workbench). 

STEP 2: Ask the reason for the faster card delivery request in order to know if there is any immediate travel scheduled.

STEP 3: Raise a ticket with Card Delivery Team

STEP 4: Add a private note with 

    1. AWB number
    1. Reason for faster card delivery
