Kindly write an email to global@goniyo.com with the subject “Issue setting UPI pin for my Niyo Global Savings account” from your registered email ID, so that we can swiftly raise a complaint for you with the bank. 


Please also share the below details in the email: - Mode of Transfer (mb/Ib/PaymentGY) - Account no - Mobile no - Email id  - Error screenshot

Once we receive this, we will escalate the issue immediately and keep you posted on every update over email.
