Credit Score Check on Niyo (Screens)

This week we are going live with the "Credit Score" feature on Niyo, in partnership with Experian. Users will be able to see their credit score as per the credit bureau "Experian". Please find the attached PPT with details of the credit score check feature and the relevant Niyo screens.

RESPONSE: In case the customer has a discrepancy in their credit report.

For any discrepancies in the credit score or the details, please click on "report an error" button through any of the "key factor" screens. This will redirect you to the Experian portal. All discrepancies need to be shared with Experian and will be rectified by Experian directly.
