International Channel Enablement and Troubleshooting for Newly Onboarded Users

Please note that for newly onboarded users, once VKYC is completed and approved, the international channel is enabled within one day.


If the user states that the international channel is not enabled, please perform basic troubleshooting such as refreshing the app, logging in again, or enabling the channel from the card settings page. If the channel is still not enabled, raise a ticket with the L2 Transactions team.
