Within TAT: - Since you have completed onboarding through VKYC, the international channel enablement will take place within 1 working day of completing the VKYC. Kindly wait until then.
TAT Crossed:
- Since you have completed onboarding through VKYC and it has been more than one working day without the international channel being enabled, we are raising a ticket with the concerned team to escalate your case. Further updates will be shared on your registered email ID.
- For re-KYC users (i.e., existing users who complete their re-KYC):

As you’ve completed the Re-KYC, please be informed that international channel enablement is carried out within a T+1 working day. Kindly wait until then. TAT Crossed:

Users onboarded on or before August 2024 are categorized as ETB (Existing to Bank), while those onboarded after August 2024 are categorized as NTB (New to Bank). Please verify the onboarding and VKYC/Re-KYC date on WB before providing assistance.

The ticket should be raised with the L2 Team, under the group SBM Card Txn Related (CX Supervise), with the tagging mentioned below:
SBM DC > My Account > Int txns NOT Enabled - VKYC completed - within TAT
SBM DC > My Account > Int txns NOT Enabled - VKYC completed - TAT Exceeded
