Please note, agents no longer need to navigate to a separate section to check CIF status. It is now available directly under the Profile section for all agents.
We’ve also provided a Refresh CIF Status option; however, it is recommended not to use this frequently.
Please use it only if the CIF status is not updated. To avoid misuse, each agent can refresh the status a maximum of two times per day. You can always refer to the CIF status updated date to check when the last update was made. Kindly avoid overusing the refresh option unless absolutely necessary.
