All our customers can now pay their credit card bills directly via the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) and UPI, utilizing any external bank account. This new feature enables our credit card holders to complete their payments seamlessly within the app.
The new payment flow is designed to be simple and direct:
1. Navigate to the Credit Card Payment section within the app.
2. Users will be prompted to enter the necessary details: Mobile Number, the last 4 digits of the Credit Card, and Name.
3. They can then select UPI and finalize the payment from their chosen external bank account.
