How to Initiate a Fund Transfer SBM account

Please be advised that in the latest app release (Version 3.53.0), the Fund Transfer option has been moved to the "More Options" tab.

How to Access the Fund Transfer on Niyo App?

You can easily transfer funds from your DCB or SBM Savings Account directly through the Niyo app. Please follow the step-by-step guide below:

Steps to Initiate a Fund Transfer:
  • Open the Niyo App and log in.
  • On the home screen, scroll to the bottom and select your Debit Card (DCB or SBM).
  • Tap on the More Options button.
  • Select the "Fund Transfer" button.
  • Add Beneficiary: Enter the recipient’s bank details (Account Number, Name, and IFSC).
  • Enter Amount: Input the total you wish to send.
  • OTP Verification: Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to authorize the transaction.
  • Transfer Success: You will receive a confirmation message once the transfer is complete.
