Customers report that it has been more than 02 working days since completing the VKYC & the account has not been activated. Please check with the customers if they received the KYC confirmation email and the RE-KYC reference number via email.
Please collect the email screenshots from the customer & create a ticket & move under L2 bank dependency

If the customer has reached out to the SBM bank branch to complete the RE-KYC please check with them if they have received an email with an SR number. Please collect the SR number & create a ticket & move it to L2 bank dependency.
