Cancellation, rejection & refund process

Created by Dada Khalandar khalandar S, Modified on Thu, 27 Mar at 3:57 PM by Dada Khalandar khalandar S

An order will be canceled in the following situations:

  • The user fails to complete the booking, i.e., make the final payment within 3 days of initiating the order.
  • Two delivery attempts are unsuccessful.
  • Doorstep document verification fails.
  • The user cancels the order after making the payment.

In the first two cases, no refund is provided as the order is canceled before the user makes the payment. In the other three cases, the customer is eligible for a refund. The refund amount will be the INR equivalent of the foreign currency purchased by the user, based on the sell rates, minus the cancellation fee, GST paid, and TCS paid (if applicable).

Note: TCS can be claimed as a tax rebate.

The cancellation fee amount (excluding applicable GST) will also be refunded to the user using Niyo coins.
