Fund Transfer Issue

Fund transfer issue refers to transferring money from a Niyo account to any other account. Check whether the amount was deducted or not.

If yes, share the auto-refund timeline of 48 hours.

If no, follow the below-mentioned response, and after 48 hours, you can share the same process.



RESPONSE: (can be shared with the customer)  Thank you for reaching out to us! We are disappointed to know that you have faced issues with transferring funds from your Niyo Global account. Kindly email to global@goniyo.com with the subject “Fund transfer issue for my Niyo Global Savings account” from your registered email ID, so that we can swiftly raise a service request for you. Please include the below details for each fund transfer issue: a. Type of Transaction (IMPS/UPI/NEFT/RTGS/eCOM/Withdrawal) b. Mode of Transaction (mb/Ib/POS/FT/ATM) c. Amount d. Date of Txns e. Transaction Reference number Once we receive this, we will escalate your concern immediately and keep you posted on every update over email. Generally it can take to 5-7 working days.


 INSTRUCTION: (should not be shared with customer)  Identify the Type of Transaction (IMPS/UPI/NEFT/RTGS) Mode of Transfer (mb/Ib/PaymentGY) Amount Date of Txns Transaction Reference no  All details must be captured individually; ask the user to email details for SR
