RESPONSE: (can be shared with the customer) Thank you for reaching out to us!  Kindly write an email to global@goniyo.com with the subject “Dispute request for transaction for my Niyo Global Savings account” from your registered email ID, so that we can swiftly help you with raising a dispute with your transaction(s). Please include the below details for each transaction you want to raise a dispute for: a. Type of Transaction (IMPS/UPI/NEFT/RTGS/eCOM/Withdrawal) b. Mode of Transaction (mb/Ib/POS/FT/ATM) c. Amount d. Date of Txns e. Transaction Reference number Once we receive this, we will raise a request for dispute with the bank immediately. Our team will provide you an update over email within 24 hours.
