The email should contain the following details: a. Customer account name (existing) b. Customer Account Number c. Name as per old record d. Name as per New record e. Name of the Document provided
The documents required are:
1. Driving license or voter ID (self-attested)
and
- Original PAN (self-attested)
(Please note: ensure the new name matches the DL or voter ID.)
Once we receive the requested documents, we will forward the request to the SBM Bank, and the will take 5-7 working days to get updated as per the customer's consent.
