Thanks for reaching out! In order to request a checkbook, we request you to write an email to global@goniyo.com with the subject “I want a checkbook for my Niyo SBM savings account” from your registered email ID. Kindly attach a colored copy of the self-attested PAN card and mention the following details in the mail, and we'll take the request forward:
a. Account holder's name, b. Customer account number, c. Reason and the number of check leaves required, and d. Name of the documents provided. Eg: Pan Card. Once we receive the mail, we will dispatch the checkbook to your communication address. Please note, each checkbook consists of 25 leaflets. You should receive the checkbook in up to 07-14 working days from when you share the documents.
INSTRUCTIONS (not to be sent to customer)
1. The request should be from the customer's registered email ID. The email should contain the following details: a. Account holder name b. Customer Account Number c. Reason and number of check leaves required: (compulsory field) d. Name of the document provided: E.g Pan Card.
DOCUMENTS (collect from the customer)
Latest Signature Proof, i.e. colored PAN Copy (self-attested) If pancard has no sign on it, the customer needs to manually sign it
